Ladd spent 3-days with Snowy Mountain Rifles in their Long Range Academy Level 2 Development class which is a 3-day course starting with basics like sighting in the rifle, zeroing the scope and validating drops, then going more in detail to trigger control, recoil management, using a Kestrel 5700 for elevation and wind corrections to shooting off a tripod…all from 400 yards out to 1200 yards. Have you ever wanted to take a long-range shooting class? If so, Snowy Mountain Rifles Long Range Academy should be at the top of the list. Start with Level 1 Fundamentals, then continue on to Level 2 Development. Whether you are a first time shooter or experienced, this course will teach you valuable information.
