I just made this recipe, and I'm having a hard time convincing myself this isn't beef. Only thing I did different was after coming out of the oven I put it in a crockpot overnight on warm. Then next day I put the mushrooms in. Best stew I've made yet.


I cut up one bottom round and both eye of rounds from the hind quarters.

I’m going to give this one a try for sure! I have a Buffalo roast that would be perfect
