I have Ti Pro 3 ST on a sporter 30-06, aporter 7RM, sporter 280AI, and AR10 308. The last Ti Pro 3 ST is going on a 20 inch sendero contour 308 bolt gun.

Last week I finished a Sendero contour 300WM barrel, and screwed on a Ti Pro 3 with 3/4x24 (my preferred thread for 30 cal barrels) I overshot the timing so I had to make some shims to match the OD of the Ti Pro 3 and timed it hand tight. Locktite 290 is my is my friend.

Started with 1-1/8 OD shims and turned them close enough to the Ti Pro 3 diameter

I ordered another Ti Pro 3 with 3/4x24 for the 30 Nosler.

The 30 Nosler was not in the plan. Not until I thought I was chambering a Bartlein CF wrapped barrel to replace my heavy M40/24 300WM barrel, when I noticed the reamer being so fat. Sure enough I grabbed the WSM reamer instead. Point of no return, I was halfway into the chamber when the light bulb turned on. Will chase the chamber with a 30 Nosler.

I guess I will be a proud owner of a 30 Nosler next week. It will sport a FB Gen3 ST while I wait for the Ti Pro 3. The ADG brass are here, waiting on the die set. Got a Stockys composite. Alex is generous enough to loan me his 30 Nosler reamer.

I’ll let ya know next week. Shoot too much prone so I pulled the radial off a while ago. Looking forward to trying it and controlling muzzle flip with it.
Got out to Thunder Valley Precision in Kimbolton Ohio today to test out the 280AI with the TiPro Tiny. This is not a hard kicking rifle in the first place, but I was easily able to stay down through my shots and spot the hits out to 1000 yards with no issue. Great brake, and with minimal weight and length.....it is an absolute no brainer.
Thanks for a great product!!

Told ya you were gonna like it!!!! I'm actually thinking of getting my 270 threaded for another Ti Pro tiny. When shooting 150gn bullets it definitely hits a little harder.

TI Pro3 ST blended in a 10T Bartlein CWF barrel. Finish product will be 30-06.

Taper blend is only 10 degrees. Maybe something less might look better

That looks awesome!

Will the paint hold up when you go to clean the brake?
Thank you.

Have no idea, have not cleaned the brake. Ran a couple of boxes of MK248 Mod0 last Friday. Cleaned afterwards, solvent did not bother the paint.

I asked my buddy to rattle can the stick for the intended AO, he got creative instead. Not complaining, we may still rattle can the rest, but leave the barrel as is.

Another Ti Pro 3 ST, KBI barrel 30 cal 10T 4.5 contour. Blank came in at 29. Kept it at 28 with the entire straight intact. Just faced off the manufacturer stamping. 1 inch was loppped off the muzzle.

Cartridge is another 30-06.

Waiting on two more 30 cal Ti Pro3, one ST, one with 3/4x24. The latter is going to replace the Gen3 FatB on the 30 Nosler.

With the 2 coming I will have 8 Ti Pro 3s in the stable.
