Going to shoot my first match this May. Is suppressor use frowned upon?

Everyone will love it!
Gives the ears a break on the squad and RO.
My son is noise sensitive and uses a suppressor on his 223 at matches, and I have used one at night matches.
Make sure you have a good cover!
Mirage from that suppressor drives me nuts if it’s not windy.
Good luck!

I would definitely run it, but make sure to test it first. I almost used mine in a match and am glad I didn’t. Direct thread titanium suppressor. Good for hunting and shoots extremely accurate on my PRS rifle. But only for say 5 shots . If you quickly shoot 10 rounds I will see a poi shift. Some stages may be 12 rounds. The right suppressors can definitely handle the shot volume.
