After getting my feet wet in ELR in light class with my 300wm i am building up a 375ct heavy rig. Going to be bit before I have all together but can someone point me to a beginning load info to start with. Build will be a 36” barrel, 1:8 twist, stiller tac driver 1.6 and plan on using 400grn lasers. Right now i have some retumbo and will be on the lookout for h50.
Not looking for anyone’s special load data just a safe point to start from so i dont blow myself up ;-)
With loading for 308 & 300wm i simple start with Berger / SMK site data. I guess nothing exists like that for these big boys?

Thanks.
Curious, a lot of people have been telling me to use h50, but according to the chart it’s one of the slower ones.
I know finding powders these days is an issue in itself these days but what have you guys seen as good performers in your 375ct?

As of today I have both retumbo and 7828ssc on hand

You’ll get better case fill with the slower powders and often better es and speeds with less pressure.
