I was able to harvest my first long range elk a couple weeks ago in Colorado at 819 yards. Christensen Classic 30 Nosler, 215 Berger at 2975 FPS. I would like to give a huge Thank you to everyone on this site for all of the information you guys have posted, I haven’t posted much but I’ve read just about every post on here and gained a ton of knowledge. First shot right behind right shoulder, he turned and ran about 5 yards, unnecessary second shot went right behind left shoulder, both complete pass throughs. Lungs destroyed.

Congrats on a great hunt and a full freezer! So glad to hear you like the Hunters Wedge. We are beside ourselves with all the great reports.
