It’s going to be awhile before I can take it home and test it myself, but I stopped by my gun shop today and put my hands on the Hyperion I just bought. My first impression is it’s a quality can. It’s incredibly lightweight, especially given it’s a larger size (11 inches, 1.75 diameter). The guys at the counter kept passing it around to check out how light it is. I did a lot of research on this suppressor before I plunked down the cash for it and I’m really looking forward to putting it to use. I’ll update this once the stamp comes back and I’ve had a chance to put some rounds down range, but if anyone has been considering it without the chance to handle it, I can tell you I was impressed by its construction and feel. My last stamp came back in only four months so I’m hoping I get lucky again because the wait for this one is going to be torture.
